Teacher Biography
Mrs. Duke is a graduate of Shamrock High School in Decatur, Ga. She pursed her degree at Georgia Southwestern State University, graduating in 1996 with a degree in Special Education. After teaching in the Sumter and Richmond County schools, she calls Southland home. She is married to Dr. Ray Duke and they have 5 children. Two of her children are Southland alumni and the others are currently enrolled. She has taught at Southland for 5 years. Mrs. Duke and her family attend First Baptist Church of Americus. She loves the beach, visiting the Dominican Republic and a good book! She is excited about this year at Southland ~ GO RAIDERS!
